2 I have a heat pump but no AlphaWeb-access. Can I still use the app?
In addition to the demo unit mentioned in point one above, the heat pump can be accessed through your local area network via the app. You need an internet connection and AlphaWeb to access your heatpump from outside of your local network.
3 I’m registered with AlphaWeb. Why does the app not find my heat pump?
Check that your login data was entered correctly into the app. Also, under “Settings”, activate “Use Alphaweb”.
4 Where do I get my login information?
Login information is sent per email during the registration process.
5 The app doesn’t find my heat pump in my local network. Is the app not working correctly?
No, the app is working correctly. The most common errors occur in the network configuration. Please ensure that your heat pump and your mobile device are in the same subnet of the local network. You may need to activate the DHCP-function on your heat pump and mobile device. (You can find this function in the control unit menu 'Webserver')

9 Why are changes to the settings not updated in real time?
The update time depends on your connection type. When using your local network, changes will be transferred immediately. When using the app in conjunction with AlphaWeb, the app’s connection time depends on your AlphaWeb update speed.
